Why Haelan Soy Products?

Even among beans, soy beans are superior because they provide all of the elements required to be classified as a “complete protein”.  They also contains isoflavones  - such as genistein and daidzein - as well as other phytonutrients that benefit human health. These qualities make soy products a particularly healthy meat-free option.    

But while soy is superior among beans – our beans are superior among other soy beans.  This starts at the very beginning of production. These processes set Haelan 951 apart from all other soy beverages, and the differences are seen in both the protein and phytonutrients provided by our product.  The measurement of protein quality is called the Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS), and the score for Haelan 951 is 1.0 – which is equal to meat and dairy. Our fermentation process produces single cell fermentation proteins and their metabolites, which makes them readily digested.  The processes also protect and enhance the isoflavones, phytosterols, saponins, inositol hexaphosphate, and other nutrients contained in Haelan 951 at the highest levels on the market.  In fact, spectrographic analysis conducted by Iowa State University using Haelan 951 and other leading soy products shows that Haelan 951 provides far higher levels of important ingredients, including 14 times more genistein, three times more daizein and three times more glycitin.
