- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk(or preferred milk)
- ½ banana (for natural sweetness & energy)
- ½ cup berries (blueberries or strawberries)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (almond or cashew)
- Handful of spinach (optional)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Ice (optional)
Optional:

Step 1
Wash the berries and spinach thoroughly. Peel and slice the banana into smaller pieces—this helps the blender work more efficiently and creates a smoother texture.

Add the banana, berries, chia seeds, nut butter, spinach (if using), cinnamon, and ice.

If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid and blend again until you reach your desired texture.
