Servings

1 person

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk(or preferred milk)
  • ½ banana (for natural sweetness & energy)
  • ½ cup berries (blueberries or strawberries)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (almond or cashew)
  • Handful of spinach (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ice (optional)

Optional:

  • Add your fermented soy nutritional drink alongside or as part of your cellular support routine

Directions

Step 1

Wash the berries and spinach thoroughly. Peel and slice the banana into smaller pieces—this helps the blender work more efficiently and creates a smoother texture.

Step 2

Pour the almond milk (or your preferred milk) into the blender first. This helps the blades move freely and prevents ingredients from sticking.

Step 3

Add the banana, berries, chia seeds, nut butter, spinach (if using), cinnamon, and ice.

Step 4

Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, or until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. If needed, pause and scrape down the sides.

Step 5

If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid and blend again until you reach your desired texture.

Step 6

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest taste and best texture.

Optional Tip

For optimal cellular support, enjoy fresh in the morning alongside your fermented soy routine.
